Quicken
Loans Arena Box Office
The
Q Arena Main Ticket Office is located in the Arena Arcade
Entrance at the corner of Huron Road and East 6th Street. The Main
Ticket Office is a full-service Ticketmaster Center and sells tickets
for all Quicken Loans Arena events, as well as events throughout Ohio
and Western Pennsylvania.
The box office ticket hours for September through April are 9:30 am
until the end of intermission on Event days Monday through Saturday,
and Sunday from Noon until the end of intermission.
In the summer from May through August the box office is closed on
Sundays if there is no event.
What you are not permitted to carry into Quicken
Loans Arena
No video recorders, audio
recorders, or other similar electronic devices
No laser
pointers or weapons
No backpacks,
large bags, sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for
performers)
No bottles,
cans, coolers
No outside food
or beverages. Exceptions are made for medical
reasons, baby food and reasonable children’s snacks
(crackers, raisins,
juice boxes, etc.)
What
you are permitted to carry into Quicken Loans Arena
Purses and diaper bags are
permitted and will be inspected by security
Binoculars and
cell phones are permitted and subject to security inspection
Before
you leave for the show make sure you're familiar with the rules and
know what your're allowed to take in or not take in.
