MDU

Genre: Cover Rock MDU is a powerful Rock Act that brings one of the best shows in the Akron area! They blow you away with outstanding vocals, killer guitars and a perfected rhythm section that knows no bounds! The song selection is clearly pre-meditated to deliver. MDU delivers only the choice cuts from the 80's ! Their sets are dripping with "Melodic Harmonies & Screamin' Guitars". The band invites the audience to become part of every show... from dancing on the stage to singing with the band every night is filled with energy and excitement! Genre: Blues “Memphis Cradle is all about the blues!!! These musicians have been playing music all their lives and Blues is their number one priority. Nothing but the Blues!”

Mike Lenz

Genre: Singer | Songwriter Mike Lenz is based in the Akron, Ohio area and performs solo on guitar, vocals, harmonica or kazoo, and stompbox. Winner of the Marietta, Ohio based BJFM 2005 Blues Challenge, he is influenced by everything from delta and piedmont blues artists such as Robert Johnson, Son House, Blind Willie Johnson, Blind Blake and Tommy Johnson to Jug Band stomps and rags of the 20’s and 30’s to classic 50’s and 60’s electric Muddy Waters, Jimmy Reed, and Howlin’ Wolf to the juke joint boogies of Hound Dog Taylor and modern North Mississippi blues. His live show includes his originals, classic blues and tastes of just about every genre of American roots music.

Misery Jackals

Misery JackalsEmerging out of the rural smoky hollers and urban ghetto dive bars alike are a rag tag bunch of pirates, punk rockers and hillbillies. They call themselves "The Misery Jackals" because that is what they eat. Their songs cover the wide range spectrum of misery, suffering and depravity as a lesson to you, or perhaps a foretelling of your life to come. The choice is yours really.

Mixed Theory

Genre: Rock Mixed Theory is a cover band playing a unique blend of music from the 60s up to today's current hits. We would consider ourselves to be a pop/alternative rock band. Our target audience is in the age range of 20-45. We are all seasoned and experienced musicians who take pride in our craft. Some examples of the artists we cover are as follows: The Police, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Cure, Modern English, STP, Tom Petty, Cream, Franz Ferdinand, REM - to name a few.

Genre: Metal | Rock | Progressive With a mix of old and nu-school, Metal fans alike enjoy the amazing guitar heroics, brutal drumming, and powerful vocals that tear your speakers to shredds! Live shows are filled with intense energy and fun.

Genre: Rock | Metal | Blues Mugshot may have very well accomplished what all bands hope to accomplish. They have created a genre of their own. Most of their closer followers call it "Cave Rock", due to the "Uga Uga" mood that it delivers.
