I am considering joining and wondering…

  Who can become a member?

  Are group memberships available?

Q.     Who can become a member?

A.   Anyone!  This program was designed with artist and musicians in mind.  However, anyone who believes this program would be beneficial to them is urged to join.

 

Q.   Are group memberships available?

A.    All memberships are individual.  This program has been designed for an individual to gain the most benefit from a single membership.

 

Q.   Do you offer any discount rates if more than one person wants to join?

A.   We do not offer a group rate.  However, if you have several persons from the same group, organization or community who would like to join at the same time, and take advantage of this membership opportunity, discounts are available for persons of 5 or more.  Please contact Music Cleveland to discuss any special discounts that would apply.


Q.   When would my membership go into effect?

A.   A membership will not be activated until the membership fee has been paid in full.  Membership fees are generally collected when the application is submitted.  If necessary, special arrangements for payments can be made by contacting Music Cleveland.

 

Q.   When would my membership fee become due again?

A.    The Term of Membership is for one year beginning on the anniversary day your application is processed and your individual membership fee has been paid in full.  The expiration date will be noted on your Personal Membership Identification Card. 

 

Q.   Am I allowed to pay for more than 1 year at a time?

A.   Yes, Just note on the application or renewal notice the appropriate years you are paying for in advance. You may also Contact Music Cleveland to make arrangements.

 

Q.   I have a several persons joining; can we all be billed at one time?

A.   Yes, Contact Music Cleveland and we can set this arrangement up for you.

 

Q.   I joined at a promotional rate.  Will my yearly renewal fee increase?

A.   Your renewal fee will stay the same providing your membership does not lapse; your membership has remained in effect and you as a member, have remained in good standing.

 

Q.   When should I receive my Membership Welcome Kit and Personal Identification Card?

A.   Normally within 2 weeks or within 2 weeks of your membership being paid in full. 

 

Q.   When can I start using the benefits included with the Membership Discount Program?

A.   You will receive an email confirmation noting your application has been received and accepted.  This email will also have instructions how to start enjoying your benefits and instructions for participating immediately.

 

Q.   Can memberships be sold or transferred to another individual?

A.    Memberships cannot be sold.  Memberships can be transferred to another individual on a prorated basis.  Contact Music Cleveland to request a Membership Transfer.

 

Q.   What happens if I lose my Personal Membership Identification Card?

A.   Music Cleveland will reissue you a new card, once during the year for a nominal fee of $10.00.

 

Q.   Can I cancel my membership?

A.    Once your membership has been processed your membership can only be cancelled effective on the current expiration date displayed on your Personal Membership Identification Card
 

Q.   How do I contact Music Cleveland if I have questions about my membership?

A.   Preferably by email to: info@musiccleveland.com.  Most questions can be answered within 24 hrs.
